PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an originating control program capable of improving the efficiency of outbound operation for dialing from a specified operator's terminal. SOLUTION: This program allows a computer to execute a measuring processing for measuring history data for every originating destination; a storage processing for storing the history data to be made correspond to originating destination ID; a calculation processing for calculating the order of time-sharing values, indicating the easiness of time sharing for every originating destination; an originating processing for originating operator's operation time and the originating processing time of succeeding originating in an overlapped state, in accordance with the order data obtained by two array processing; and a connection processing for connecting a call connected to the originating destination by the originating processing to the operator's terminal.
