<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an antenna module high in performance and small in size by setting appropriate beam width for each of various directions. <P>SOLUTION: In the antenna module 41, antennas 43A, 43B, 43C, 43D, 43E and 43F provided on an antenna substrate 42 are oriented in directions different from one another. A micro strip array antenna (43B, 43C, 43D, 43E) is oriented in a direction where a high antenna gain is required. A Yagi-Uda array antenna (43A, 43F) is oriented in a direction where a wide detection region is required. A side portion of a supporting substrate 44 for supporting the antenna substrate 42 comprises an electromagnetic wave reflection plane 45 for reflecting an electromagnetic wave, and directivity of the Yagi-Uda array antenna (43A, 43F) is determined on the electromagnetic wave reflection plane 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
