PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles which are usable without being put on ears nor held in a hand. SOLUTION: The spectacles 1 have left and right spectacle lenses 2 and 3, and a connector 6 which connects the left and the right spectacle lenses 2 and 3 to each other. The connector 6 is formed of an elastic body and the gap between the left lens 2 and the right lens 3 is made variable through elastic deformation of the connector 6. The nose is put between the left lens 2 and the right lens 3, which are fixed to the nose with the restoring force of the connector 6. In a used state, the connector 6 elastically deforms to widen the gap between left and right frames 4 and 5. The restoring force of the connector 6 operates to narrow down the gap between the left frame 4 and right frame 5. Nose pad parts 7 of the spectacles 1 are subjected to non-slip processing such as knurling. In the used state, the spectacles 1 are supported substantially by only the nose.
