PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination balance or a combination weighing method capable of preventing a weighed object from being deteriorated, or capable of preventing a yield from getting low, by changing a combination condition in response to an operation situation. SOLUTION: This balance/method is provided with a storage part for storing the weighed object, a storage amount detector for detecting a storage amount of the weighed object in the storage part, a plurality of weighing parts for holding and discharging the weighed object transferred from the storage part, a held weight detector for detecting a weight of the weighed object held in each of the weighing parts, and a controller, the controller changes the combination condition, based on the storage amount, and conducts combination computation based on the held weight and the combination condition to discharge the weighed object from the weighing part joined to the optimum combination.
