PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of the concentration of an electron spin capable of measuring the concentration of the electron spin of a radical by a simple method without destructing a specimen. SOLUTION: In the measuring method of the concentration of the electron spin using the specimen, a cylindrical electron spin concentration measuring jig generating no radical and not consuming the radical and a spin trapping agent solution, the electron spin concentration measuring jig is installed on the surface of the specimen to add the spin trapping agent solution to the interior of the cylinder of the electron spin concentration measuring jig. After the radical generating treatment for generating the radical from the specimen is performed, the spin trapping agent solution having trapped the radical is measured by an electron spin resonance method.
