PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hydraulic cylinder and a working machine comprising the same, which prevent fracture of the hydraulic cylinder without significantly reducing its working efficiency. SOLUTION: This control device 5 comprises a pump 25 which supplies hydraulic fluid to a cylinder main body 17 and an arm cylinder 11 having a piston 18 sliding in the cylinder main body 17, and adjusts the supply of hydraulic fluid from the pump 25 to the arm cylinder 11 and the discharge of hydraulic fluid from the arm cylinder 11 to reduce a speed of the piston 18 approaching a stroke end of the arm cylinder 11. The higher a moving speed of the piston 18 is, the farther a deceleration starting position for starting the deceleration of the piston 18 is determined with respect to the stroke end.
