PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative panel manufacturable easily, having high cost performance, and having a decorative material such as tiles secured to its surface hard to be peeled off. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the decorative panel, the layer of a viscous agent such as an adhesive agent is formed on the surface of a panel substrate 2 as a plate-like material used for backing material and the decorative material such as the tiles 3 are adhesively secured through the layer. A wire net spacer 10 having a wire net 11 and a space 12 as a through part is placed on the panel substrate 2, and an adhesive agent 4A is applied thereonto and leveled to form an adhesive agent layer 4 with a uniform thickness. Then, the wire net spacer 10 is removed, and the tiles 3 as the decorative material are adhesively secured onto the adhesive agent layer 4. The spacer is desirably a mesh spacer or a punching sheet formed by arranging a large number of through holes in a sheet forming a substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
