PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an interval adjustment means capable of reducing the number of components or omitting the time and labor of screwing by tightening one bolt inserted into an oblong hole over the axial direction of a connection pipe with a nut when disposing and mounting the connection pipe for keeping the relative interval of side frames, and to prevent the relative shift and turning of a bracket and the connection pipe due to the insertion of one bolt to the oblong hole by simple constitution. SOLUTION: Together with the interval adjusting means by tightening one bolt 6a inserted into the oblong hole 10a over the axial direction of the connection pipe 3 with the nut, this seat frame structure is provided with a turning stopping means by the fitting of a projection pawl 12a provided with a horizontal width in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the connection pipe 3 and a fixing hole 11a provided with such a hole width that the projection pawl 12a is abutted at both end edges and provided with a length over the axial direction of the connection pipe 3, which is positioned adjacently to the interval adjusting means.
