A carriage (2) with a T-shaped bottom (22) can be slid along rails (13) provided at the guide element (1). One end (15) of the guide element (1) has a threaded opening (12) engaging with the threaded shaft (41) of the adjusting screw (4) held with an extension (43) in a slot (23) at the carriage (2). The carriage (2) accommodates a piston (3) attached with the piston rod (31) to the inner surface of the carriage (2) and pushed by the adjusting screw (4) when a change of the position is required.
