A high voltage transformer is provided to remove an insulation layer between first and second groups by equally maintaining a voltage of each component in each group with the same distance from a first stage. A high voltage transformer includes components such as a magnetic core(2'), a high voltage converter(3'), a voltage switch unit(7'), and rectifying units(5',6'). The components are divided into a first group and a second group(2',3',5',6',7'). The components of each group include a first stage and a second stage. The second stage is positioned on the opposite side of the first stage. The first stage of the first group is positioned on the opposite side of the first stage of the second group(2',3',5',6',7'). The components of the first group increase from the first stage of a ground voltage to the second stage and the components of the second group(2',3',5',6',7') decrease from the first stage of the ground voltage to the second stage. The components of the first group and the components of the second group(2',3',5',6',7') have an equal electric potential in the same distance from the first stage of the first group and the first stage of the second group(2',3',5',6',7'). The electric potential between the components of the first group and the components of the second group(2',3',5',6',7') is equal.
