Provided is a heat shrinking film, which shows excellent anti-fusion property to prevent coated films from being fused to each other, and need no additional coating layer that causes a drop in solvent adhesion. The heat shrinking film is obtained by the method characterized by controlling a preheating temperature, orientation temperature, heat fixing temperature and orientation ratio so as to satisfy a formula (1) of Tm = 3.9034*Tp - 6.5499*Ts + 4.7122*Th + 0.75345*SR (Tm is equal to or greater than 225‹C) and a formula (2) of Tci = 0.4153 *Tp - 0.50331*Ts + 1.1935 *Th - 3.1564*SR <=87‹C. In the formulae (1) and (2), Tp represents a preheating temperature, Ts represents an orientation temperature, Th represents a heat fixing temperature, SR represents an orientation ratio, Tm represents an estimated melting point of a heat shrinking polyester film, and Tci represents an estimated initial crystallization temperature of a heat shrinking polyester film.
