The aim of the invention is to create conditions for speeding up the production of cast-in-situ walls and floors from rapidly hardenable sand in a space insulated from environment independently of the atmosphere processes in a location, where said construction project is built up, by excluding time losses due to waiting for a strength gain by the hardened composition of agglutinant sand, because the lifting of a mechanical floor structure for transferring building works to a subsequent floor is carried out without loading the already formed walls by the weight of equipment and a construction material stock which are arrangeable in the mechanical floor space. The invention is characterised in that the repeatable lifting of the machinery floor is carried out by upwardly vertically displacing supporting frames provided with electric drives by means of freight lifts when said drives are power supplied and coupled with reducing gears whose shafts are provided with toothed wheels which are constantly meshed with teeth of supporting rules embodied on the vertical walls of said freight lifts and used for bearing loads produced by the weight of the lifted technical floor together with equipment and the construction material stock arranged in the space thereof.
