PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a magnet attachment member that fixes permanent magnets to side surfaces of claw-shaped magnetic poles comprise a function that prevents the permanent magnets from moving to the tip side and the root side of the magnet attachment member, and to easily attach the magnet attachment member to the claw-shaped magnetic poles after arranging the permanent magnets on the side surfaces of the claw-shaped magnetic poles. SOLUTION: A tip-side locking part 7a and a root-side locking part 7b that lock the permanent magnets 5 so as not to move to the tip side and the root side of the magnet attachment member 6 are arranged at the magnet attachment member 6, the root-side locking part 7b can release a function for locking the permanent magnets 5 so as not to move due to deformation, the root-side locking part 7b brings the locking function into a release state by being opened toward the external direction 9 by contact with the permanent magnets 5 when attaching the magnet attachment member 6 to the claw-shaped magnetic poles 3, 4 arranged with the permanent magnets 5 at their both sides, and when the attachment of the magnet attachment member 6 is completed, the locking parts lock the permanent magnets 5 so as not to move by returning the shape of the root-side locking part 7b to an original shape.
