PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of performing inspection of roundness and cylindricity of a ring-like material manufacture by rolling, forging or the like, automatically and precisely in a short time. SOLUTION: In this device, the ring-like material 9 by forging or the like is sandwiched between two fixed driving rollers 5 and one driven roller 6, and the driven roller 6 is pressed onto the ring-like material 9 and simultaneously rotated, and displacement of the driven roller 6 is detected, to thereby inspect the outer diameter and the roundness of the ring-like material 9. In the device, two pairs of inspection devices comprising respectively two driving rollers 5 and one driven roller 6 are arranged in series with an inspection stand 1, and the driven roller 6 on one side is pressed onto an upper side part 9a of the outer diameter of the ring-shaped material 9, and the driven roller 6 on the other side is pressed onto an lower side part 9b, and an outer diameter dimension value between the two points is detected and the difference thereof is calculated, to thereby inspect the cylindricity of the ring-like material.
