PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly evaluate a defect based on measurement data even in cases where a measurement place of eddy-current flaw detection is apart from an evaluation place therefor. SOLUTION: Three functions necessary for inspection, that is, (1) measurement, (2) check and evaluation on data, and (3) sizing processing, are separated from each other to reconstitute them as an inspection module 4, a visualization module 5, and a calculation module 6, which are together connected via a network to perform bidirectional data communication. Measurement data obtained by the the inspection module 4, analysis data obtained by the calculation module 6, and image display data obtained by the visualization module 5, are bidirectionally communicated among the respective modules, thereby sharing the data between the measurement place and the evaluation place. Further, it is made possible to add experiences of an inspector, an evaluator, etc. as revisions on a display screen for re-analysis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
