PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative method in a remaining form and a decorative block used therefor, capable of easily decorating the remaining form, and capable of having a degree of freedom of various decorative patterns, by easily installing the other decorative block of applying various decorations, while using the concrete remaining form bored with a large number of through-holes for the surface of a structure. SOLUTION: This surface decorative method frames the concrete remaining form 1 bored with a large number of through-holes 1a, and next, installs a large number of decorative blocks 2 on a surface of its framed remaining form 1 in order by a screw member 3 inserted into at least the through-holes 1a. The decorative blocks 2 are composed of a decorative block body 2a of applying the decoration to the surface and a plurality of female screws 3a fixed to a reverse surface of at least the decorative block body 2a.
