PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type external preparation for skin improved in feelings upon use obtained when formulating with hydrophobilized powder and improved in disperse stability and emulsification stability of powder. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type external preparation for skin comprises a hydrophobilized powder, a polyglycerol derivative having a specific structure and a blocked alkylene oxide derivative having a specific structure.
