PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively manufacture a cover element 2 in a reactor core of a nuclear facility, to certainly and airtightly block the reactor core in an operation state, to easily decompose the cover element 2 during inspection or fuel assembly handling; and to provide successful operation possibility in the reactor core. SOLUTION: The cover element 2 has a support ring 6 separated from a reactor core cover 3, and the support ring 6 is joined to the reactor core cover 3 forcedly and/or in an engagement state.
