The invention relates to a method and a device for determining the centric position of human teeth with improved accuracy. This is required to adjust an articulator during the production of dental prostheses. According to said method, several sequential occlusal actions or displacement actions of the lower jaw are recorded in the form of electronic signals and the latter are evaluated to determine the centric position.
