The seat has a backrest (1) with a contact surface provided with a number of funnel shaped air nozzles (8). The nozzles are connected with one another by acrylic hoses and are connected to a suction manifold. The nozzles form recesses in the contact surface, and the recess are connected with one another. The nozzles remain open when the seat is loaded, are stuck through a cushion cover (5), cushion (6) and cushion support (7) and are firmly pressed with shims (10). An independent claim is also included for a backrest.
