<p>The invention relates to production processes and devices for separating a natural coal, coal sludge or coal dressing waste carbon-containing component from a mineral-containing component. The inventive coal dressing method consists in mixing an initial coal raw material and water in such a way that a water-coal suspension is obtained, in separating the carbon-containing component of the coal raw material and ashes in said water-coal suspension and in extracting said carbon-containing component, wherein the carbon-containing component and ashes are separated in the water-coal suspension by injecting water steam therein. The inventive coal or coal sludge dressing device comprises a working chamber provided with an input and output, means for loading water and coal in the working chamber cavity, which is arranged at the input thereof, water and ashes separating means arranged at the output thereof and water-coal suspension a steam generator which is connected to said working chamber in such a way that the steam produced by the steam generator is channelled to the cavity of the working chamber by means of nozzles placed therein.</p> |
