<p>The invention relates to an antidrip agent capable of imparting antidripping property to flammable thermoplastic resins and the method for preparing and using the same. The invention belongs to novel polymer material synthesis technology and physical and chemical modification field, and the antidrip agent is obtained by agglomerating and polymerizing a core emulsion and a shell monomer to form an microparticle having average particle size of from 0.01 to 1 µm, further agglutinating to form agglomerate having particle size of from 1 µm to 5 mm, water washing and drying. The antidrip agent can be mixed directly with the thermoplastic resins and flame retardant, such that said resins has better antidripping property, higher flame-retarding grade, and smooth appearance.</p> |
