Provided is a method for preparing a meat processed food based on a chicken mainly to improve the content of calcium by using the pulverized bone of a chicken. The method comprises the steps of removing a head, a foot and internal organs from a chicken to prepare a raw chicken; pulverizing the bone and the flesh simultaneously to obtain a pulverized meat; mixing the pulverized meat with a seasoning comprising a garlic, an onion and spice; forming the mixed one into a certain shape and a certain size; and vacuum packaging the formed one at a temperature below zero. |
