PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber reinforced resin molded product excellent in molding workability and sufficiently developing the strength and elastic properties possessed by a reinforcing fiber by making it possible to well demold the molded product. SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber base material layer 21 is formed on a mold 1 and the surface of the mold is airtightly covered with a bag film 24 while a vacuum source is connected to the covered bag film 24 so as to evacuate the covered bag film 24 to form a molded part 2. A resin is injected in the molded part 2 under a vacuum state and the molded product 3, which is obtained by impregnating the reinforcing fiber base material layer 21 with an injection resin, is pushed up from its back side by threading a bolt like member 13 with the through-hole 11 provided to the mold 1 to accelerate the demolding of the molded product 3.
