PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a bad influence such as tire deformation from the measured values of a movement distance meter in order to mount inexpensive and highly precise device on a vehicle in a multi-functional road surface behavior measuring device for measuring depth and international roughness index (IRI) by one device. SOLUTION: The movement distance meter 15, height meters 16 and 51 and a calculation part 20 are mounted on the vehicle. The height meters 16 and 51 are employed for measuring a narrow range corresponding to a first reference length N shorter than the opening width of a water discharge recess. The calculation part 20 comprises calculating IRI corresponding to a second reference length M by calculating a wheel tread on the basis of a movement distance measured valueΔS and height measured values K and J, calculating the depth or the like corresponding to the first reference length N without calculating the wheel tread on the basis of the movement distance measured valueΔS and the height measured value K, and selectively calibrating the movement distance measured valueΔS by calculating correlation concerning road shape by the height meters 16 and 51 separated in only the reference length M further.
