PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive valve unit having a simple mechanism and easily controlling opening and closing of a valve. SOLUTION: This valve unit has: a stepping motor 1, a movable rod 11 reciprocated by actuation of the stepping motor 1; and a valve element 15 mounted on a tip of the movable rod 11 for opening and closing a valve seat 5a formed in a valve chest. The movable rod 11 comprises a butting portion 12 which is kept into contact with a contact portion 13 of the valve chest 3a, and controls the movement in the valve closing direction of the valve element 15. A stopping position of the valve element 15 in a closed state of the valve seat 5a is decided by the contact of the butting portion 12 with the contact portion 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
