PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce an outer wall outdoor side and a building internal corner part while maintaining an opening. SOLUTION: This column and beam mounting structure 1 for a wooden building comprises a pair of columns 2, 2 vertically installed on a base 6 opposite to each other and a beam 3 installed across the head parts of the columns. Reinforcing posts 4, 4 are adhered to their side faces facing each other and a pair of reinforcement plates 5, 5 are installed thereon so as to hold the head parts of the reinforcing posts 4 and the end part of the beam 3 from the both sides. The reinforcement plates 5 are fittedly adhered to cut recessed parts formed in the head parts of the reinforcing posts 4 and cut recessed parts formed at the end of the beam 3. The depths of the cut recessed parts and the cut recessed part are set to the thickness of the reinforcement plates 5 so that, in the fitted state, the surfaces of the reinforcement plates 5 are aligned with the surfaces of the reinforcing posts 4 and the surface of the beam 3, in other words, the reinforcing posts 4 are flush with the beam 3.
