PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a continuous unreinforced concrete footing against differential settlement and earthquake and eliminate the shortage of rigidity in the elastic area thereof. SOLUTION: This foundation reinforcement structure 1 is formed by adhering aramid fiber sheets 4a, 4b formed in fiber sheets within a specified horizontal length range starting at the raised part to the top end of the continuous footing to both side faces 3a, 3b of the continuous footing 2 formed of an unreinforced concrete. The aramid fiber sheets 4a, 4b are not directly adhered entirely to both side faces 3a, 3b of the continuous footing 2 but stackingly adhered thereto to cover a band steels from the upper side of the band steels 5a, 5b as reinforcement plates pre-fixed horizontally to both side faces 3a, 3b of the continuous footing 2. The rear surface center parts of the aramid fiber sheets of which edge parts are directly adhered to both side faces 3a, 3b and held by the edge parts are adhered to the band steels 5a, 5b.
