A membrane module using a material that has elasticity, is not harmful to the human body when the material is used in drinking water, and has durability in an environment of various liquids instead of using an adhesive in a process of finishing bonded portions after bonding upper and lower caps to a membrane is provided. A membrane module(1) comprises: a membrane(20) made from a ceramic for primarily filtering liquid; carbon black(30) inserted into an inner side of the membrane to secondly filter the liquid primarily filtered by the membrane; a packing(40) inserted into an inner side of the carbon black to thirdly filter the liquid secondly filtered by the carbon black; and membrane clamping members(10) having a first projecting part formed at an inner side in a central direction of the bottom thereof, a second projecting part formed at an outer side in the central direction of the bottom thereof, one or more air outlets formed in the bottom thereof, an inserting groove formed on an inner face of the first projecting part, and an inserting mesh connected to the inserting groove such that the membrane clamping members are connected to both ends of the membrane having the carbon black and the packing inserted at an inner side thereof, wherein the membrane clamping members are made from a flexible material.
