PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for receiving a request for obtaining animation image information of sports through the Internet communication network from a terminal device and transmitting the requested animation image information to the terminal device.

SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of generating sports animation information; a step of generating scene identification information corresponding to the scene of sports animation information scene; a step of extracting result play animation information corresponding to the scene identification information from the sport animation information and expressing result play in the scene identification information; a step of storing the result play animation information corresponding to the scene identification information; a step of receiving a request for obtaining information containing a terminal identifier and a URL address for requesting for obtaining animation or a male address for requesting for obtaining animation from the terminal device; a step of reading the result play animation information of the scene identification information corresponding to the request for obtaining information from the storage of the result play animation information corresponding to the scene identification information and generating animation transmission information; and a step of transmitting the animation transmission information to the terminal device of the terminal identifier.
