PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate arrival directions of multiple paths that arrive with an angular extension, in a radio communication device comprising an array antenna.

SOLUTION: The radio communication device comprises: correlation operation units 4 each for calculating a correlation operation value by performing inter-correlation operation for a signal received by an array antenna 1, with a predetermined signal; a path detection unit 6 for detecting an arrival path reception timing based on the correlation operation value; a path correlation value synthesis unit 7 for synthesizing correlation operation values in arrival path reception timings to generate a correlation matrix or a correlation vector; an arrival direction estimation unit 8 for estimating an arrival direction using an output of the path correlation value synthesis unit 7; a path separation unit 9 for separating the arrival path for each arrival path reception timing from the signal received by the array antenna 1; a path reception beam forming unit 10 for forming a directional beam in the direction estimated for each separated arrival path; and a path synthesis unit 11 for synthesizing output signals of the path reception beam forming unit 10.
