PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize incident light to the maximum by preventing the welding of adjacent microlenses and eliminating the ineffective area of the incident light.

SOLUTION: Two-layer lens structure is obtained by arranging the respective microlenses 13 of a second microlens group arranged as one pattern which constitutes a checker in plane view on the respective microlenses 11 of a first microlens group arranged as the other pattern which constitutes a checker in plane view through a second transparent protection film 12. That means, the respective microlenses 11 of the first microlens group and the respective microlenses 13 of the second microlens group are made in two-stage structure, and the respective microlenses 11 of the first microlens group and the respective microlenses 13 of the second microlens group are alternately arranged to be checkered.
