<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ampule cutting device which facilitates insertion of an ampule therein at an adequate angle irrespective of the size of the ampule, stably holds the ampule, optimizes an ampule cutting environment, not only smoothly sucks a cut ampule head and fractures but also prevents excessive heating of a vacuum motor at the time of sucking the fragments to maximize suction efficiency, provides a comfortable operating environment by not only employing a cyclone dust collecting section to improve the suction efficiency but also reducing noises generated in the cyclone dust collecting section at the time of sucking the fractures, and achieves sterilization of a nozzle or a suction pipe contaminated with an injection liquid filled in the ampule at the time of cutting the ampule. <P>SOLUTION: The ampule cutting device includes an ampule cutting section 30 for cutting the ampule head inserted therein; the dust collecting section 20 for sucking recovered items including the ampule head and the minute fractures generated at the time of cutting the ampule, together with air, and then separating air from the recovered items; a negative pressure generating device for applying negative pressure to the dust collecting section; and a collecting section for collecting the recovered items sucked via the dust collecting section. The dust collecting section has a cyclone dust collecting structure. The ampule cutting section includes a suction pipe having one end thereof detachably coupled to a suction port of the dust collecting section, a nozzle inserted into the suction pipe, and a fixing element for fixing the tip of the nozzle in a manner aligning with the other end of the suction pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
