<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment which detects and displays elasticity of a part that matches with an image reproducibly and accurately while dispensing with a high frame rate. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises a means for displaying tomographic image information including at least strain information acquired from echo signals reflected from a group of ultrasonic vibrators installed on a probe by pressing a subject using the probe, and a means for emitting low-frequency vibration from a low-frequency vibrator to a subject's part that matches with the tomographic image and for calculating elasticity of the part using reflected echo signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
