<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for cutting a pocket coil spring row, which is used by being internally put in a chair or a sofa bed mattress or the like, at a length in accordance with an application without wasting the material and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The method is configured such that the a separating part of adjacent pocket coil springs is sealed double again by ultrasonic welding or impulse welding at an optional length position of a continuous pocket coil spring row and the double sealed part is cut by a cutter knife. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
