<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing system which can quickly, easily access necessary medical information. <P>SOLUTION: A storage means 101 stores the medical information. According to a user's instructions, a relating means 102 preliminarily relates a kind of specific information with another kind of specific information, these kinds of specific information being used for specific purposes among the medical-use information stored in the storage means 101. According to the user's instructions, an acquisition means 103 acquires the different kinds of specific information which are correlated with each other by the relating means 102. Since the medical information processing system acquires the different kinds of specific information, which are preliminarily correlated with each other by the relating means 102 according to the user's instructions, necessary information is surely acquired in a short period. The medical information processing system may be provided with terminal devices 31 and 32 which receive the users' instructions. The acquisition means 103 may transmit the acquired specific information to the terminal device 32.
