PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fasten an anti-skid device by less operations. SOLUTION: Two hauling ends (16) separated from each other are provided respectively on two parts of a body part facing each other in the tire radial direction when the body part (12) is covered on a tire, a hook receiver (28) is formed on each of four hauling ends, and a hook (310) provided on a tip of a string (38) of a fastener (30) is hooked to the hook receiver at the hauling ends separated from each other. A portion continuous to the tip of the string once extends in the tire circumferential direction, and bent in the tire radial direction, and extends toward the center side of a side face on the tire outer wheel side. The rear end side of the string is pulled in the tire radial direction by the fastener to haul the hauling ends separated from each other in the tire circumferential direction close to each other.
