PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce fuel consumption of an automobile used under a low temperature environment. SOLUTION: In a tire T1, a tread part 1 uses a tread rubber 10 wherein a loss tangent tanδ(60°C) at 60°C is not larger than 0.18, and the ratio of the loss tangent tanδ(5°C) at 5°C relative to the tanδ(60°C), [tanδ(5°C)/tan(60°C)] is not larger than 2.0. Since tanδ(5°C)/tanδ(60°C) of the tread rubber 10 of the tread part 1 is not larger than 2.0, when the inside temperature of the tire T1 becomes lower than a saturation temperature, in the tire T, the rolling resistance is reduced.
