PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device not requiring that a rocket conveying trailer travels to height of a raising tool even when the raising tool of a rocket launching pad is installed at a position higher than a ground surface and particularly to provide a rocket raising assistance device capable of responding to it without outstandingly altering a ground at a periphery of the launching pad when an existing launching facility is altered for a large sized rocket. SOLUTION: In the system, the rocket a is mounted/conveyed on a rocket conveying trailer constituted by a boom b in which a wheel truck is arranged at a lower end side of the rocket and a towing vehicle is connected to an upper end side of the rocket and the rocket a can be raised and maintained utilizing the raising tool j provided on a launching deck m of the launching pad. A lift deck e provided with an upper floor surface intruded and mounted with the wheel truck is installed on the ground surface at a front surface part of the launching pad and the upper floor surface is lifted between the ground surface and the launching deck.
