PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to simply attach/detach a line head casing part to/from a control device casing part without using a tool. SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording device is composed so that the line head casing part 2 is mounted attachably/detachably to/from a part of the control device casing part 1. A bracket 4, which supports the line head casing part while allowing it to be attachable/detachable from one direction, is ascendably/descendably provided to the control device casing part. A drive plate 18 is provided to the control device casing part so as to be rotatable in the same plane as the ascending/descending directions of the bracket. The drive plate and the bracket are connected with each other via a link mechanism for enabling the bracket to ascend/descent by the rotation of the drive plate.
