PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burr processing device having a sufficient burr removing capacity without damaging an object to be processed, in the burr processing device provided with a washing tank arrayed with ultrasonic vibrators. SOLUTION: A driving signal for driving the ultrasonic vibrators is made a signal that a second signal having a frequency swept from a second frequency made as a higher frequency than a first frequency to the first frequency is superimposed on a first signal constituted of a rectangular pulse signal of the first frequency. Especially, the frequency is swept from the second frequency to the first frequency during a period of the half of the first signal in the second signal. Washing water supplied to the washing tank is circulated via a circulating pipe, an activated water generation means is interposed in the circulating pipe, and activated water is stored in the washing tank.
