PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a torque handle by constant fastening force no matter who use it, by regulating fastening force of a valve by a gripping part of the valve handle. SOLUTION: This torque handle 1 rotates and operates a handle 55 of the valve 55. The torque handle 1 is constituted of an operation lever 2, a pair of fixed legs 3 and 4 provided to be orthogonal to an axis of the operation lever 2 in the operation lever 2, a holding lever 5 oscillatably connectable in the longitudinal direction of the operation lever 2, and a torque mechanism part 6 connected between the operation lever 2 and the holding lever 5 and constituted to be movable when more than prescribed torque is added to the operation lever 2 when rotating and operating the holding lever 5.
