PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve guide and a valve seat press-in device, pressing in the valve guide and the valve seat by the drive of a movable punch for pressing in the valve guide. SOLUTION: Fixing punches 12a, 12b for pressing in the valve seat are fixed to a bed 11, and a support frame 13 is provided with the movable punches 14a, 14b for pressing in the valve guide, which are mounted to freely reciprocate in the vertical direction. The valve guide and the cylinder head 1 where the valve seat is pressed in are supported on the support unit 31 mounted on a floating table freely moving in the vertical direction, and when the movable punches 14a, 14b where the valve guide is supported are moved to approach by a servo motor 62 while the cylinder head 1 is moved to descend toward the fixed punches 12a, 12b where the valve seat is supported, the valve seat and the valve guide are moth pressed in the cylinder head 1.
