摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for removing a coating adhering to a female screw part which surely removes only the coating which has adhered to the female screw part of a work piece and which is capable of enhancing the productivity, and to provide a manufacturing method of a rotary electric machine using the same. SOLUTION: In the process for removing the coating adhering to the female screw part of the work piece of which the surface has been applied by the coating, the coating membrane 60 formed on the female screw part 32 is removed by inserting a tap 52 for removal of the coating into screw apertures 32 (female screw part) while rotating the tap.
