A separation preventing structure of a top burner unit of an electric oven is provided to easily lift the top burner unit in an upward direction by inserting one side of a top plate into a groove formed at a separation preventing unit and rotating the top plate about the groove. A separation preventing structure of a top burner unit of an electric oven comprises a top burner unit(100) and a back guard unit(200). The top burner unit forms appearance of a top surface of the electric oven and on which foodstuffs or cooking vessels are disposed and heated. The back guard unit is arranged at the rear side of the top burner unit and coupled to one side of the top burner unit. The back guard unit has a separation preventing unit(240) for preventing the separation of the top burner unit during upward rotation of the top burner unit.
