<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation in output voltage of a source follower due to source voltage fluctuations of a reset circuit, when the source voltage of the source follower included in the output circuit is set at a voltage different from the source voltage of the reset circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A source follower 5 in a second stage comprises a drive transistor 8 and a current source 9 where the amount of current changes accompanying fluctuations in reset electric potential VRD. By the current which flows the current source 9 changing, according to the changes in the reset electric potential VRD, input output characteristics of the source follower 5 changes to suppress the fluctuations in the output voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
