<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Natto (fermented soybeans) cover sheet capable of well keeping the quality of Natto and easily pulling out without soiling the hand. <P>SOLUTION: The Natto cover sheet 11 for covering the upper surface of the fermented soybeans 8 put in a storage container 1 having a lid 4 provided to arbitrarily open/close consists of a cover sheet part 12 for covering the upper surface of the soybeans 8 and a sheet piece 13 having a base end fixed to a center line 12a of the cover sheet part 12. With the cover sheet part 12 covering the upper surface of the soybeans 8 put in the container 1, the tip 13a of the sheet piece 13 is provided to extend out through an aperture formed between a container body 2 of the container 1 and the closed lid 4 or a long hole opened on the lid 4. When the sheet piece 13 is pulled out of the container 1 through the aperture or the long hole, the cover sheet part 12 is folded with a surface attaching to the soybeans inward and pulled out.
