<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing soybean curd enabling accurate display of an amount of time required for producing soybean curd. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing soybean curd comprises the following: a temperature sensor 130 detecting the temperature of soy milk 20 in a soybean curd producing container 12; a storage part 160 storing the temperature of soy milk 20 at predetermined every passing time from the beginning of heating the soy milk 20; a control part 170 preparing an approximate expression 162 approximating the temperature corresponding to the passing time based on the passing time and the temperature stored in the storage part 160, and calculating heat-finishing time reaching a target temperature based on the approximate expression; and a display part 150 displaying remaining time subtracting the passing time from the heat-finishing time so that the time required for producing the soybean curd can be displayed. The device eliminates the need for always keeping an eye on the production condition of the soybean curd by working stuff in a restaurant or the like so as to improve convenience in soybean curd producing work, and does not cause overheating of the soybean milk to reduce costs for producing the soybean curd. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
