<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a business model for procuring fresh foodstuffs at an optimum unit price via a foodstuff information providing network system using a communication network that a registered user, such as a food service provider, can utilize easily. <P>SOLUTION: A foodstuff procuring worker receives menu data from registered users, such as a hospital, school food service, and a food service provider, in advance, provides the market information on foodstuffs via the foodstuff information providing system using the communication network, obtains a consent from the registered users, purchases foodstuffs, and processes and delivers the foodstuffs. The foodstuff information providing network system comprises the foodstuff procuring worker providing the foodstuffs; and a center for receiving an order from a base for processing/distributing foodstuffs and users.
