<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer capable of improving the deodorization performance of the deodorizer by effectively heating a catalyst filter by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorizer 1 comprises a housing 2 with an air inlet 21, an air outlet 22 and an air passage R connecting the air inlet 21 and the air outlet 22 in the inside, the catalyst filter 31 disposed on the air passage R for adsorbing and decomposing the odor in air, a blower 5 for letting air flow inside the air passage R, and a heating means 34 for heating the catalyst filter 31.
